Information collected automatically

We keep waitlist and contact form information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described above — for example, until you unsubscribe from the waitlist, or until your enquiry has been resolved and any related record-keeping period has passed. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Unsubscribe: every email we send will include an unsubscribe link, or you can email us to be removed from the waitlist.
  • Access, correction, or deletion: you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@navra.com.

Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or U.S. state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have additional rights, including the right to object to or restrict certain processing, or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International visitors

Navra, Inc. is based in Nevada, United States, and information you provide may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
